Google Business Profile for a mobile IV business

Your Business Profile is the card Google shows beside the results and on the map. For a business that drives to clients, a few settings matter more than everything else.

Set it up as a service-area business

If clients do not come to your address, you can hide it and list the areas you serve instead. Google lets you set service areas by city or region. Hiding a home address also keeps it off the internet.

Pick categories carefully

Your primary category tells Google what you are. Choose the closest category Google offers for IV therapy, then add secondary categories only for services you actually provide.

Fill in everything

Hours, including when you can come out. Phone. Your website and booking link. Services with short descriptions and prices. A plain-language description of what you do and where.

Photos of the real thing

You, your kit, your bags and a setup in a client's home, with their permission. Add new photos regularly so the profile looks alive.

Reviews, every time

Ask every happy client. Make it easy with a direct review link sent by text after the visit. Reply to every review briefly, and never confirm someone was a client or mention health details in a reply.

Keep it consistent

Use the same business name, phone number and website everywhere: your site, Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing Places, Healthgrades and Nextdoor.

At launch we build out your Business Profile, wire up a review link and place your core listings.

The short version

  • Hide your address and set service areas
  • Choose the closest primary category
  • Fill in every field, including booking
  • Real photos, added regularly
  • Ask for a review after every visit
