1. Show up on the map
When someone searches “iv therapy near me”, the map results often show before any website. Google's own help page says customers are 70% more likely to visit and 50% more likely to consider purchasing from businesses with a complete Business Profile (Google).
- Pick the most accurate primary category and add every service with its price.
- Use real photos of your nurses, your setup and your drips.
- Add your booking link, your hours and a phone number you answer.
- Mobile: set up as a service-area business. Google says to remove your address if you do not serve customers there, allows up to 20 service areas, and asks that the whole area stay within about two hours' drive of your base (Google).
2. Earn reviews every week
Reviews are what a stranger reads before trusting a nurse at their door. Ask every happy client the same day, by text, with a direct link to your review page. Reply to every review, good or bad, in a sentence or two.
Do not offer discounts or free add-ons for reviews. Google's rules forbid offering payment, discounts or free services in exchange for reviews (Google).
3. Be at the top when they search
Google Ads put you above the map and the regular results for the searches that show someone wants to book now:
Block the searches that never book, like jobs, training and supplies, from day one with negative keywords. For a sense of scale, the Anywhere Infusions campaign in Tulsa was shown 2,288 times from Sep 1 to Sep 21, 2026, 3.37% of viewers clicked, and the average click cost $4.75.
4. Make booking one tap
Every step between “I want this” and “booked” loses people. A booking button on every page, prices in plain view and a text option for people with questions remove most of those steps.
Send ad clicks to a landing page with one offer and one button, not your homepage. Why the landing page matters.
5. Answer fast
A client who feels bad will not wait long for a reply. If you are with a client and cannot answer, an automatic text with your booking link keeps them from calling the next name on the list. Group requests, like a wedding party or an office, deserve a call back the same day.
6. Get found for more searches
People search in hundreds of ways: by drip, by symptom, by town, by question. A page for every drip and every town you serve, plus articles that answer real questions, means more searches can find you without paying per click.
Anywhere Infusions' weekly Google Search Console reports from Aug 24 to Sep 21 show the times it was shown in Google rising from 41 to 1,406 (28-day totals) as articles were published. How the SEO engine works.
7. Bring clients back
A repeat visit costs nothing in ads. Make the next visit easy:
- Memberships or packages for clients who come regularly.
- A reminder text when a client is usually due, with your booking link in it.
- A short note before cold and flu season to the clients who booked immunity drips last year.
8. Partner with people who already have your clients
Gyms and fitness studios, event and wedding planners, hotels and short-term rental hosts, sports teams and local employers all serve people who book IV therapy. Offer them something simple: a group rate, an event booking or a standing arrangement.
Before paying anyone a referral fee, check with your medical director or an attorney. Some states restrict referral payments for health services.
What usually wastes money early
- Boosted social posts with no booking link.
- Ads that send people to your homepage.
- Broad keywords with no negative keyword list.
- Paying for directory listings before your free Google profile is complete.
- Print and billboards you cannot track.
The short version
- Complete your Google Business Profile first
- Ask for a review after every visit, never pay for one
- Advertise on searches that show intent to book
- One tap to book, prices in plain view, fast replies
- Repeat visits cost nothing in ads
