Before you launch
- Protocols first. Your menu, which services need a consult and what you can say about each one come from your medical director. Your marketing follows them, word for word.
- Google Business Profile. Create and verify it before launch day. A mobile business that does not serve clients at its address should remove the address, can list up to 20 service areas, and should keep the whole area within about two hours' drive of its base (Google). The setup guide.
- A website that books. Your menu with prices, a booking button on every page, your nurse and credentials, your service area and an FAQ. A Standard site is enough to start.
- A number you answer. With an automatic text and booking link for the calls you miss.
- Real photos. Your nurse, your setup and your bags.
Launch week
- Tell everyone who already knows you, with your booking link.
- Ask every first client for an honest Google review the same day. Never offer anything in exchange; Google forbids it (Google).
- Post your launch on your Google profile with a photo.
- Point every social post to your booking page.
Days 1 to 30: get found
- Start a small Google Ads campaign on searches that show intent, like “iv therapy near me” and “mobile iv” plus your town.
- Add negative keywords before the first click.
- Send the ads to a landing page with one offer, not your homepage.
- Track calls, texts and booking taps from day one.
Days 31 to 60: read and adjust
- Read the search terms report and block what does not fit.
- Notice which drips and towns get the clicks, and give each one its own page.
- Reply to every review.
- Start one or two partnerships: a gym, an event planner, a hotel.
How to read your Google Ads numbers.
Days 61 to 90: build what lasts
- Start answering client questions in articles on your own site.
- Offer a membership or package to your regulars.
- Set up rebooking reminders by text.
- Plan your cold and flu season offer before it arrives. How to prepare.
What to skip at the start
- An expensive branding package. A clear logo, real photos and a site that books are enough.
- Billboards and print you cannot track.
- Influencer deals with no booking link or code.
- Paid directory listings before your free Google profile is complete.
- Many campaigns on a small budget.
What this costs with us
A Standard website is $649 once, half to start and half at launch, plus Hosting & Care at $49 a month. When you are ready for ads, management is $249 a month and an ad landing page is $199 once, with your ad budget paid straight to Google. More for new nurse-owned businesses.
